Cecilia A.: Hey readers, bloggers, and fellow foodies! I'm 17, born and raised in the south, and have had a passion for cooking and food since I was 6 years old. The story behind apricots and sage? Besides the fact that I am obsessed with the combination of juicy apricots and earthy sage (as you will probably find for yourself reading this blog), one of the first "real" recipes I ever made was apricot & sage braised chicken-- of course at the time, I just called it chicken with apricots and some dried herb I found in our pantry that smelt nice... Nevertheless, it engendered my love for cooking, and will always be a staple recipe in my kitchen.
