Cecilia A.: Hey readers, bloggers, and fellow foodies! Welcome to Apricots and Sage-- a place where I talk about food that I think deserves to be talked about. The story behind the title? Besides the fact that I am obsessed with the combination of juicy apricots and earthy sage (as you will probably find for yourself reading this blog), one of the first "real" recipes I ever created was apricot and sage braised chicken-- of course at the time when I was 7 or 8 years old, I just called it chicken with apricots and some dried herb I found in our pantry that smelt nice... Nevertheless, it engendered my love for cooking, and will always be a staple recipe in my kitchen. I hope you enjoy this little site where I get to share what I love doing most:)
