The Best Open Faced Sandwich You Will EVER Eat

So over spring break at my grandparents lake house my grandmother made me, my mom, and one of my brothers this open faced sandwich and it was AMAZING. I can really say much more so here's the recipe, I make it all the time now! My mom came up with the idea of bail oil to put on it, she just pureed fresh bail and olive oil to make an oil. If you don't like something just don't add it!

Open-Faced Sandwich (for 1 person)

2 slices wheat bread
2-4 slices swiss cheese
2 pieces of deli turkey
1/2 avocado
2 slices tomatoes
salt & pepper
sliced sweet onions (juliene)

Turn oven on broil.

Place bread on a baking sheet and toast until just lightly crispy on each side.

Drizzle a tiny bit of the oil on the toast. Place the turkey on, then onions, 1 slice tomato, 3-4 slices avocado, then salt and pepper on each one.

Place under broiler for about 30 seconds just to warm everything.

Put the cheese on top of each piece of toast covering the avocado. Add another slice if wanted.

Put in oven and melt cheese.
