So after reading my January/February 2014 Food Network Magazine, I was inspired to whip out my juicer I got for christmas last year.. or I guess I should say 2 years ago. I used the leftover kale from my sautéed kale the other night and recreated Giada's Kale Juice. I've been sick so it was really refreshing.

3 apples (preferably granny smith) - cored/sliced 
1 cup kale
1 orange- peeled
small chunk ginger root (peeled)
1 lemon- peeled (if you want it extra tart) 

Juice in a juicer!

       I'm making dinner as soon as I get better!! Using spaghetti squash!
