Roasted Super Moist Pork

Hey! I made dinner last night and I will be posting a few of those recipes up! Here's the pork!

1 large pork tenderloin
paprika, salt, pepper, mustard seed, onion powder, dried parsley
few drizzles olive oil
1/4 cup red wine

Preheat oven to 400º
Pour olive on both sides after washing the pork and putting it in a marinating bowl. Rub each side with the seasoning (as much as you want) and then pour the wine on top. Let it marinate for 15 minutes at least. Heat up a large pan on the stove on high with no olive oil. Place pork in it and make sure it is very hot and sizzling. Cook on each side rotating for about 1 minute just to get it slightly cooked on the outside. Place in oven and cook for 1-1 hour and 30 minutes depending on your oven and pork. Let cool and cut to enjoy.
