4 hass avocados
1 1/2 lemons juiced OR 2 limes
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 cup finely diced tomatoes
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1 tsp. ground cumin seed
tabasco - as many splashes as you wish just not too much
chopped cilantro- as much as you wish- about 2 tbs.

First off guacamole is the type of food that should fit your pallet. So you can add as much or as little of anything. If you like it chunky or smooth. If you like a little spice or tartness or a lot. So you can blend all of it together or keep it cubed and lightly combining it with a fork like I do. Heres my way:

Dice the avocados and everything. Put into bowl. Put spices and juices on. Slightly smooch the mix until its chunky yet still combined. Taste and season as you wish. Eat with chips! Enjoy!!!!!!
