Ginger & Lime Pork Tenderloin

So last night I made this:
Ginger & Lime Pork Tenderloin
Homemade Applesauce
Caramelized Onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers
Roasted Butternut Squash
Toasted French Bread

The star was the pork so here's the recipe:

2 pork tenderloins
2 limes- juiced
1 lime-zested
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 drizzle olive oil
1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
pinch chili powder
3 tbs. cilantro

HOW: Pre-heat the oven to 375º...
Pour the olive oil, lime juice, and zest on top of the pork in a marinating bowl. Add the ginger, salt, pepper, and chili powder in. Mix it all in and message the pork. Wrap it up and put it in the fridge for 15-30 minutes. Take off the wrap and put it in the oven. Cook it for 35-40 minutes or until it reaches 165º. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Cut and enjoy!!!!!!!
