Citrus+Banana Sorbet w/ Blueberry Syrup

I made this yesterday for father's day!
2 bananas
2 tbs. club soda
2 tbs. powder sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
2 lemons- juiced
2 limes- juiced
6 oz pineapple juice

How: Its really simple just put everything in a blender and blend.... its ok if there are little chunks of banana in it. Put in your ice cream maker and let it go for 45 minutes.

Blueberry Syrup:
2 cups frozen blueberries
1/2 water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tbs. lemon juice
1 vanilla pod
1 tsp. corn starch

Start your simple syrup: mix the water, sugar and seeds of the vanilla pod together in a sauce pan on medium heat. Add the whole vanilla pod in also. Stir until desolved which should take about 2 minutes. take 2 tbs. of the syrup out and mix it with the corn starch in a  very small bowl. Once smooth pour back into the sauce pan and combine. Turn on high heat and bring to a low boil. After that turn it on simmer and let it cook down for 15 minutes. Strain from sauce and keep the blueberries also. Place sauce in a bowl and chill in the freezer until ready to use. Once used store in the fridge.

Prepare it:
Blueberries from syrup
mint leaves

Place a scoop of the sorbet in a glass and pour 1 tbs. of the syrup on top. Sprinkle with a few of the blueberries and add a mint leaf on top. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!
